This explains what MacKenzie Buyers Agency collects when you use mackenzieba.com.au, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect what you give us: your name, mobile, email, the suburb you're buying in, and where you're up to. As you browse, we also collect standard analytics data (pages viewed, device, and similar) through the tools described below.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our buyers agency services.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To show you relevant MacKenzie ads on other platforms, and to reach people similar to our enquirers.
Cookies and tracking
We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google Analytics to measure activity on the site and deliver advertising. These may set cookies and share limited event data, such as a page viewed or an enquiry submitted, with Meta and Google. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
We use trusted providers to run the business: our CRM (GoHighLevel) stores enquiries, our email provider (Resend) delivers form notifications to us, our host (Vercel) serves the site, and Meta and Google power analytics and advertising. Each handles data under its own terms.
Your choices
You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta ad settings and your browser or device controls. You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you have given us at any time, using the contact below.
